[PATCH net-next 28/37] rxrpc: Fix initial resend timeout

From: David Howells
Date: Mon Dec 02 2024 - 09:44:05 EST

The constant for the initial resend timeout is in milliseconds, but the
variable it's assigned to is in microseconds. Fix the constant to be in
microseconds.
