Here are some  fixes in nvmem for 6.13, Could you queue
these for next possible rc.

fixes include
	- add missing boundary check in cell write for cells with bits.
	- various fixes for imx-ocotp-ele provider.
	- fix size for qcom-spmi-sdam provider.
