utsname: debug ctl table for domainname

Before exit_task_work() is executed, exit_task_namespaces() has been executed,
which will cause task->nsproxy to be NULL.

sys_acct accounting records to "/proc/sys/kernel/domainname", if data
too long, can we continue account?
