[PATCH 04/18] irqdomain.h: Stop using 'host' for domain

[Jiri Slaby (SUSE)]

It is confusing to see 'host' and 'domain' to be used as 'domain'. Given
this header is all about domains, switch the remaining 'host' uses to
'domain'.
