[PATCH v2] dt-bindings: mailbox: update description to allow #mbox-cells = <0>;

brcm,bcm2835-mbox and mtk,adsp-mbox allow #mbox-cells = <0>;
Update documentation to reflect that #mbox-cells with zero value is
allowed.
