[PATCH] dt-bindings: rockchip: pmu: Ensure all properties are defined

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

Device specific schemas should not allow undefined properties which is
what 'additionalProperties: true' allows. Add the missing child nodes
and fix this constraint.
