[PATCH 12/14] drm/panel/novatek-nt36523: Move to using mipi_dsi_dcs_write_seq_multi()

Use mipi_dsi_dcs_write_seq_multi() instead of
mipi_dsi_dcs_write_seq()

While at it, also change mipi_dsi_dual_dcs_write_seq()
accordingly.
