This version of the driver was authored by "Spencer Hill
<shill@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>" who seems to no longer be credited. Is this
intentional?

Does his original Signed-off-by: tag need to be kept at least ? Or
perhaps Co-Authored-by: ?
