[PATCH] selftests/sysctl: fix wording of help messages

From: Bharadwaj Raju
Date: Sun Feb 16 2025 - 01:02:14 EST

Fix paramter -> parameter, and recomended ->
recommended in sysctl.sh's help messages.

Also correct grammar: "number amount of times
is recommended" etc -> "the recommended number of
times".
