[PATCH rcu 02/20] srcu: Define SRCU_READ_FLAVOR_ALL in terms of symbols

This commit defines SRCU_READ_FLAVOR_ALL in terms of the
SRCU_READ_FLAVOR_* definitions instead of a hexadecimal constant.
