[PATCH v8 3/7] rust: str: implement `AsRef<BStr>` for `[u8]` and `BStr`

[Andreas Hindborg]

Implement `AsRef<BStr>` for `[u8]` and `BStr` so these can be used
interchangeably for operations on `BStr`.
