[PATCH 1/3] media: v4l2-common: Add RGBR format info

Add missing RGBR entry in the v4l2_format_info[] table.

RGBR has identical format information to RGBP, as it is a
big endian variant of RGB-5-6-5 pixel encoding according to the
description in videodev2.h.
