[PATCH] mtd: spi-nor: Add Winbond w25q512jvdtr

Similar to the other ones, different size. The "JV-DTR" suffix is in
the datasheet, I haven't seen mentions of a different one.

The datasheet indicates DUAL and QUAD are supported.
