Hi Christoph,

I will humbly tuck tail and go away but first... Can you (or anyone else in the know) please provide some details about how you determined we are in violation and which of our "slimey" products is violating the kernel GPL licensing? Terse statements about violations aren't very helpful.

I've spoken to management here and they are perplexed how we are in violation of kernel GPL licensing. Please, please shed some light for us and provide details about these rather serious charges.

Regards
Kit
