[PATCH v3 16/18] drm/imagination: Add support for TI AM68 GPU

Since we already added a generic compatible string for all IMG Rogue GPUs
("img,img-rogue"), all that's needed here is to link the appropriate
firmware for the BXS-4-64 GPU in the AM68.
