Just to report this, bisection tomorrow unless someone figures it out in the
meantime...

This is 64-bit, allmodconfig, clang:

clang --version
Ubuntu clang version 15.0.7
Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /usr/bin

This guy:

Ubuntu clang version 18.1.3 (1ubuntu1)
Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /usr/bin

on the other box builds fine.
