For clarification, the following is the rationale.


Build                 Installation
-------------------------------------
vmlinux               install
modules               modules_install
dtbs                  dtbs_install
headers               headers_install



In Kbuild, the Build and Installation are separate steps,
since the latter usually requires the root permission.
