I'm not even sure we need init_set_edid. We just have to provide the
dummy_connector_hdmi_funcs pointer to
drm_kunit_helper_connector_hdmi_init_funcs_set_edid and that's it.

And yeah, I'd really prefer to use
drm_kunit_helper_connector_hdmi_init_with_edid_funcs() to remain
consistent with the rest of KMS.
