[PATCH v5 09/35] perf vendor events: Update clearwaterforest events

Update event topic of OCR.DEMAND_DATA_RD.ANY_RESPONSE and
OCR.DEMAND_RFO.ANY_RESPONSE to be cache. Add PDIST counter into
descriptions.
