[PATCH v4] platform/x86: Add AMD ISP platform config for OV05C10

ISP device specific configuration is not available in ACPI. Add
swnode graph to configure the missing device properties for the
OV05C10 camera device supported on amdisp platform.
Add support to create i2c-client dynamically when amdisp i2c
adapter is available.

Changes v3 -> v4:
* Updated AMD_ISP_PLATFORM as tristate driver
* Removed initialize_ov05c10_swnode_props() and release_amdisp_swnode_props(). Its
because page fault errors observed on accessing the variables in __initconst section
when the driver is loaded as module instead of feature-builtin. To fix the issue moved
all property_entry vairables outside __initconst section and also skipped
initialize_ov05c10_swnode_props() and release_amdisp_swnode_props() as they are no longer
required.
