Regressions on arm64, 390 tinyconfig, allnoconfig builds with clang-20
and gcc-13 on the stable-rc 6.14.

Regressions on arm, arm64 rustclang-lkftconfig-kselftest builds with
clang-20 and gcc-13 on the stable-rc 6.14.
