I missed that below there is a "if (priv->dytc)" conditional,
this means that it would still be good to send KEY_PROG4
when a keycode of 0x3d is received on laptops where
DYTC platform-profile support is lacking.

For v5, please change this back to KE_KEY so that KEY_PROG4 will
be send when the "if (priv->dytc)" check fails. Sorry about this.

Note please also address Alok's review remarks for version 5.
