x86/cpufeatures: Shorten X86_FEATURE_AMD_HETEROGENEOUS_CORES

Shorten X86_FEATURE_AMD_HETEROGENEOUS_CORES to X86_FEATURE_AMD_HTR_CORES
to make the last column aligned consistently in the whole file.

No functional changes.
