[PATCH] cxl: Add CONFIG_CXL_DEBUG to drivers/cxl

CONFIG_CXL_DEBUG=y adds -DDEBUG to CFLAGS, which enables pr_debug()
and dev_dbg(). Users can use this config to open all cxl debug
messages.
