[PATCH v2] LoongArch: KVM: Use kvm_get_vcpu_by_id() instead of kvm_get_vcpu()

Since using kvm_get_vcpu() may fail to retrieve the vcpu context,
kvm_get_vcpu_by_id() should be used instead.
