[PATCH] PM: runtime: fix typos in runtime.c comments

Fix several typos in comments:
- "timesptamp" -> "timestamp"
- "involed" -> "involved"
- "nonero" -> "nonzero"

Fix typos in comments to improve code documentation clarity.
