[PATCH 0/2] rust: pwm: Fix init error handling and tidy style

This series contains two small updates to the Rust PWM bindings.

The first patch fixes a potential memory leak on an error path during PWM
chip initialization. As currently this is impossible I did not cc stable.

The second patch is just style-only cleanup.
