English version of submitting-patches.rst says:

  - The body of the explanation, line wrapped at 75 columns, which will
    be copied to the permanent changelog to describe this patch.

, to which your changelog fails to comply ...

You need to prove yourself as a promising translator of the doc by
abiding the guidelines described in it as much as possible.
Please do strict self-reviews before submitting a respin.

Hmm, I have no idea of "Linuxカーネルドキュメント日本語翻訳プロジェクト" and
the site.  As a matter of fact, the site has a bogus certificate and I'm not
able to see what it is.  Don't sneak in any dubious info.

I expected to see a full translation of leader paragraphs up to Line 26 of
the original.  Can you do it?

As for "Linuxカーネルドキュメント日本語翻訳プロジェクト", (or "Linux kernel
document Japanese docs project" [???]), do you have a plan to start
such a project on your own?
