[PATCH v2 3/7] arm64: defconfig: enable pci-pwrctrl-upd720201 as module

[Neil Armstrong]

Enable the Renesas UPD720201 power control driver module since
this USB3 controller can be found on the Ayaneo Pocket S2 gaming
console.
