[PATCH v2] staging: vme_user: use kmalloc_obj instead of kmalloc

Replace kmalloc(sizeof(*ptr), GFP_KERNEL) calls with kmalloc_obj(*ptr,
GFP_KERNEL)
This addresses scripts/checkpatch.pl warnings and follows the preffered
allocation pattern.
