I'm wondering about lesser tested platforms like loongarch, csky,
xtensa but I don't know how to concoct a triple for these. I wonder if
there should be a test for a missing string like:

ifeq($(RUST_TARGET_FLAGS_$(ARCH)),)
$(error Unknown rust cross compilation architecture $(ARCH))
endif

other than this:
