[PATCH 0/2] PCI: dwc: ep: MSI/MSI-X checks

Hi,

This series adds checks mandated by the PCIe spec before raising MSI and MSI-X
from the DWC EP driver.

Note: I've compiled tested this series only. It'd be good if someone with EP
hardware can test it and report back.
