[PATCH] ARM: MAINTAINERS: TQ: Orphan TQ Systems boards

Emails to all TQ maintainers bounce for a month or longer, because their
systems decided to block smtp.kernel.org.  This is nothing which can be
fixed by Linux Foundation IT staff, but aggresive and irresponsible
email provider.

There were no answers from linux@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or anyone else in TQ
Systems after my inquiries about this problem, thus assume the mainline
efforts are abandoned.
