FYI, ideapad-laptop conservative mode (i.e.,
POWER_SUPPLY_CHARGE_TYPE_LONGLIFE) doesn't lower the charge speed. It's
just a trivial divergence and isn't a blocker of using
POWER_SUPPLY_CHARGE_TYPE_LONGLIFE here of course.
