[PATCH v4 6/6] arm64: dts: qcom: sm8350-hdk: enable Iris core

[Dmitry Baryshkov]

Enable video en/decoder on the SM8350 HDK board. The firmware is not
(yet) a part of linux-firmware and needs to be extracted from Android
data.
