[PATCH 0/2] arm64: dts: qcom: eliza: Fix debug UART and add more support

Fix the Eliza MTP debug UART index and then add the missing
QUPv3 WRAP1/WRAP2 serial engines, the matching GPI DMA controllers,
SDHCI controllers, their pinconf state and the LLCC system cache
controller.
