Yes, I implemented SCMP mode because the (back then) upcoming R-Car X5H
also dropped SUBU mode. And SCMP works on my RZ/N1D board as well, so I
could test it already.

Note that even for RZ/N1, RTCA0TCR is marked as "not available".
