[PATCH for-next] io_uring: remove redundant NULL check before kfree

Remove the unnecessary NULL pointer check before calling kfree()
in io_uring.c, as kfree() handles NULL arguments internally.

Reported by ifnullfree.cocci Coccinelle semantic
patch script.
