[PATCH 2/2] dt-bindings: gpu: img,powervr-*: Remove Matt Coster as maintainer

[Matt Coster]

I'm leaving Imagination; remove myself as a maintainer. A separate patch
leaves a personal forwarding address in the .mailmap.
