[PATCH 0/2] EDAC/qcom, soc: qcom: llcc: Add Shikra LLCC config and skip pre-configured ECC IRQ setup

Add LLCC configuration data for the Shikra SoC, and skip ECC interrupt
setup in qcom_llcc_edac_probe() for Shikra since the DDR System Firmware
(DSF) pre-configures ECC interrupt routing before the kernel driver probes.
