[PATCH] backlight: ktd2801: fix unmet dependency on GPIOLIB

LEDS_EXPRESSWIRE depends on GPIOLIB, so its selector, BACKLIGHT_KTD2801
also needs to ensure GPIOLIB is enabled. Otherwise:

Kconfig.
