[PATCH 1/2] watchdog: qcom: report WDIOF_POWERUNDER in bootstatus

[Kathiravan Thirumoorthy]

On IPQ platforms, identify the restart reason as POWERUNDER, similar to
CARDRESET, and expose it via the bootstatus sysfs interface.
