Friendly ping on this RFC.

We'd love your feedback on whether using a new feature bit
(VIRTIO_BALLOON_F_REPORTING_PM_SAFE) to negotiate PM suspend safety is
acceptable, or if you have concerns about protocol-level handshakes for
kernel PM fix states.

If you prefer an alternative approach for safe fleet deployment, please let
