[PATCH 2/2] timekeeping: Annotate auxiliary clock accessors with __must_check

[Thomas Weißschuh (Schneider Electric)]

In contrast to the classic time accessors, the ones for auxiliary clocks
can fail.

Make sure the callers check for this.
