[PATCH v2 1/4] dt-bindings: arm: qcom: Add Glymur QCB

[Gopikrishna Garmidi]

Document the Glymur QCB (Qualcomm Compute Board) board id, an open
form-factor Glymur board intended for compute bring-up and power/signal
measurement.
