[PATCH] dt-bindings: arm: Fix CoreSight CTI Kconfig symbol

The option exposing CoreSight CTI integration registers is
CONFIG_CORESIGHT_CTI_INTEGRATION_REGS, not
CONFIG_CORESIGHT_CTI_INTEGRATION_TEST.
