[PATCH RFC/DO NOT MERGE 12/12] arm64: dts: qcom: eliza-evk: Add native HDMI

Eliza EVK comes with two HDMI outputs: native eARC and via Lontium
DSI2HDMI converter.  Add the first one, with the 5V power supply.
