[PATCH] media: mediatek: vcodec: Initialize context lock before firmware setup

The VPU firmware setup registers a watchdog callback that accesses the
encoder context lock. Initialize the lock before selecting the firmware
implementation so the callback cannot observe an uninitialized lock during
probe.
