Ok, these changes mean, the previous patch "x86/sev: Initialize RMPOPT
configuration MSRs" needs to be redone too so that it doesn't add
rmpopt_cpumask at all.

So please take all the cleanups from this thread and send a new revision
after integrating and testing them.
