[PATCH v4] MAINTAINERS: Add Qualcomm QAIF driver entry

[Harendra Gautam]

Add a dedicated MAINTAINERS entry for the Qualcomm Audio Interface (QAIF)
driver so changes to its devicetree binding, dt-bindings header, and ASoC
driver files are routed to the Qualcomm ASoC maintainers and mailing lists.
